Dr. Matthias Linke, medical director of Inpatient Spinal Cord Rehabilitation at Barrow Neurological Institute, is an expert in the rehabilitation of spinal cord injuries. Dr. Linke treats patients with all impairments related to spinal cord injuries, including spasticity, hemiplegia, impaired gait, and paralysis. He believes the best way to treating patients is working with a team of physical and occupational therapists, nutritionists, acupuncturists, surgeons, and various community activists. Dr. Linke’s goal with every patient is to help him or her live a fulfilling and rewarding life.
Dr. Christina Kwasnica, Pediatric Physiatrist, is one of the top experts in Physical and Neuro Rehabilitation. She is the Medical Director of the Neuro-Rehabilitation Center at Barrow Neurological Institute and President of Valley Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Dr. Kwasnica graduated from Northwestern University the Feinberg School of Medicine in 1995 and completed her residency at McGaw Medical Center.
